Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel your booking you can do so and be fully refunded provide you cancel at least 48 hours before your journey time.

This will give us opportunity to sell your space to someone else. Cancellations can only be made by the person who booked the tickets.

Due to unforeseen circumstances or bad weather we may need to cancel a trip at short notice. In this instance all tickets will be refunded in full and we will notify customers by email.

Due to current high fuel costs and our views on environmental impact , we may cancel trips or suggest alternative dates if insufficient numbers. This will be done as much prior notice as possible.
